Vinny & Jill

Jill and Vinny are busy planning a fall wedding, but took a break for their engagement photo shoot! On this chilly day we found some great places around KC to spend the afternoon. Jill and I realized we had taught in the same school district and also that we live in the same city. Such a small world! Anyway, I'm so excited to shoot their wedding and can't wait to see this great couple on their big day!

Paityn's 1st Birthday Cake Smash

Paityn is ONE!!! I was so lucky to get to see Paityn on her first birthday, and even luckier to get to photograph her as she demolished her first cake! At first she was a little unsure of the cake and just took tiny bites of the icing. Then, with a little help from mom and dad, she was able to really dig in. YUMMY! She was the perfect little messy girl! Happy Birthday Paityn!

Lucy & Ryley

Lucy & Ryley are an adorable brother and sister duo. Lucy tried to keep her smiles hidden, but with some help she ended up showing them off! Ryley was super happy and loved the camera. His big blue eyes were amazing! I went to high school with their mom Ashley, and had a great time catching up with her and meeting these sweet kidos.

Englebrake Family

The Englebrake family had me come to their home and do a fun session! These kidos were so sweet and LOVED having their photos taken. So many times kids get shy around the camera and try to sneak away. Not these kids, they ran towards it! What a fabulous family!

Lincoln's 1st Christmas

Lincoln was so excited for his first Christmas card photo shoot! Such a little ham as you will see by his facial expressions in the photos below. Give this kid some ornaments and he'll put on a show!

Plattner trio

The Plattner trio were full of energy for their winter photo session! They had a ton of fun playing with anything they could get their hands on while I caught their little grins. These three kidos were even lucky enough to get a cookie snack at the end (see the last photo).

Adrianna

Adrianna had a great time during her Christmas card session! She showed me all her favorite toys and Christmas decorations at her house. Between the giant caterpillar and adorable pink car, who knows what Santa could possibly bring her this year. Perhaps a sibling??? Adrianna is going to be a big sister soon!
